Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use mediatize.ai, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Mediatize.ai is a brand of Nurtura Collective LLC. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “Mediatize.ai,” it means Nurtura Collective LLC. We are the party responsible for the information described here.

We only collect what you hand us, plus the minimum our servers need to run safely. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party pixels on this site, and our application code sets no cookies.
Information you give us
- Booking a strategy call: your name, email address, what you are most interested in, and — only if you choose to provide it — your mobile number.
- Requesting the checklist: your first name and email address.
- Path Finder: your name, email address, and the answers you select in the quiz.
- Scheduling:the time slot you pick and your browser’s time zone, so the invitation lands at the right hour.
- Text messaging consent: if you opt in to text messages, we record the exact consent wording you were shown, a version identifier for that wording, the page you were on, and the date and time you consented.
Information collected automatically
- IP address and browser user agent. Used to rate-limit our booking endpoint against abuse, and stored as part of a text-messaging consent record when you opt in. We do not use them to profile you.
- Standard server logs generated by our hosting provider.
- Campaign attribution. If you arrive from an ad or a link with tracking parameters in the URL, we store a short source label with your submission so we know which page you came from.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule the call you asked for.
- To send the resource you requested, such as the AI Time-Leak Checklist.
- To send follow-up emails about working with us. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
- To send text messages about your strategy call, but only if you separately opted in.
- To keep the site working and protect it from spam and abuse.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make this site work. Each one is bound to use it solely to provide its service to us.
- Resend — delivers our email, including the resource you requested, our lead notifications, and our follow-up sequence.
- Google (Calendar and Meet) — when you book a call, we create a calendar event containing your name, email address, area of interest, and time zone, and Google sends the invitation and video link.
- Twilio — delivers text messages to the mobile number you provided, if you opted in.
- Vercel — hosts this site and processes server logs, including IP addresses.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of people using this site. If our business is ever transferred, your information may move with it, subject to this policy.
Text messaging and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. All of the sharing categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is not shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
A mobile number you give us for text messages is used only to send you the messages you consented to receive from Mediatize.ai. It is passed to our messaging provider solely to deliver those messages, and to no one else for any other purpose.
Providing a mobile number is optional, and consenting to text messages is never a condition of booking a call or of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
- Lead records (name, email, phone, form answers) — up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymized.
- Text messaging consent and opt-out records — at least 5 years, because we are required to be able to prove consent and honor opt-outs.
- Email subscription records — until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record afterward so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Server logs— retained on our hosting provider’s standard schedule.
Your choices and rights
- Email: click unsubscribe in any message, or write to us.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email help@mediatize.ai and tell us what you want. We will verify your request by replying to the email address on file and respond within 45 days.
If you are a California resident — or a resident of any other state with a comprehensive privacy law — we will honor your requests to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to receive a portable copy. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated server-side, our booking endpoint is rate-limited, and access to lead data is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be reflected here before they take effect.
